Heather is an absolute pleasure to work with. For the house we were selling, in this hard housing market, we had a binding agreement just five weeks after her sign went up in our front yard. She marketed the house perfectly and created a beautiful virtual tour that really showed to best advantage all the features that made us love the house ourselves.
On the other end, she was unfailingly patient as we looked for the perfect house for us to buy as we prepare for our first child. Her knowledge of the Athens market was invaluable as she guided us away from some neighborhoods with resale or valuation problems and helped us find a neighborhood where we can picture our son growing up. And she seemed nearly as happy as we were when we walked into this house and said, "This is it. This is home."
